【摘要】:Thistestmethodisusedforthedeterminationofmoistureinmostplastics.Plasticscontainingvolatilecomponents,suchasmonomersandplasticizers,maycontaminatetheelectrolyticcell,usedinthetest,causingincorrectresults.Thistestmethodissuitableformeasuringmoistureovertherangefrom0.005%toalmost100%.ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Note1-ThereisnosimilarorequivalentISOstandard.

【摘要】:ThispartofISO8986specifiesthemethodsofpreparationoftestspecimensandthetestmethodstobeusedindeterminingthepropertiesofpolybutene-1(PB-1)mouldingandextrusionmaterials.Forthesakeofsimplicity,thedesignationpolybuteneandtheabbreviationPBareusedinbothpartsofISO8986.Requirementsforhandlingtestmaterialandforconditioningboththetestmaterialbeforemouldingandthespecimensbeforetestingarealsospecified.Proceduresandconditionsforthepreparationoftestspecimensandproceduresformeasuringpropertiesofthematerialsfromwhichthesespecimensaremadearegiven.PropertiesandtestmethodswhicharesuitableandnecessarytocharacterizePBmouldingandextrusionmaterialsarelisted.ThepropertieshavebeenselectedfromthegeneraltestmethodsinISO10350-1.OthertestmethodsinwideusefororofparticularsignificancetothesemouldingandextrusionmaterialsarealsoincludedinthispartofISO8986,asisthedesignatorypropertyspecifiedinPart1.Inordertoobtainreproducibleandcomparabletestresults,itisnecessarytousethemethodsofspecimenpreparationandconditioning,thespecimendimensionsandthetestproceduresspecifiedherein.Valuesdeterminedwillnotnecessarilybeidenticaltothoseobtainedusingspecimensofdifferentdimensionsorpreparedusingdifferentprocedures.
