【摘要】:ThispartofISO7919givesguidelinesforapplyingevaluationcriteriaforshaftvibrationundernormalop-eratingconditions,measuredatorclosetothebearingsofgasturbinesets.Theseguidelinesarepresentedintermsofbothsteadyrunningvibrationandanymagnitudechangeswhichmayoccurinthesesteadyvalues.Thenumericalvaluesspecifiedarenotintendedtoserveastheonlybasisforvibrationeval-uationsince,ingeneral,thevibratoryconditionofamachineisassessedbyconsiderationofboththeshaftvibrationandtheassociatedstructuralvibration(seetheintroductiontoISO7919-1).ThispartofISO7919appliestoallgasturbinesets(includingthosewithgears)withfluid-filmbearings,outputsgreaterthan3MWandshaftrotationalfre-quenciesfrom3000r/minto30000r/min.Aircraftderivativeenginesareexcluded,sincetheydifferfundamentallyfromindustrialgasturbinesets,bothinthetypeofbearings(rollingelementbearings)andinthestiffnessandmassratiosoftherotorandsupportstructure.Dependingontheconstructionandmodeofoperation,therearethreeprinciplegroupingsofgasturbinesets:—single-shaftconstant-speedgasturbinesets;—single-shaftvariable-speedgasturbinesets;—gasturbinesetswithseparateshaftsforhotgasgenerationandpowerdelivery.NOTE1Initiallythesethreegroupswillbeassessedinauniformmanner.Itispossible,however,thatindividualcaseswillhavetobeassesseddifferently.
