【摘要】:ThispartofISO11290specifiesahorizontalmethodfortheenumerationofListeriamonocytogenes.NOTE—ThemethodalsoallowsenumerationofotherListeriaspecieswhichmaybeusedasindicatorsofthehygienicqualityoffoodorfeedproducts.Subjecttothelimitationsdiscussedintheintroduction,thispartofISO11290isapplicabletoproductsintendedforhumanconsumptionoranimalfoodstuffs.Ingeneral(seenotein9.2.1),thelowerlimitofenumerationofthismethodis10L.monocytogenespermillilitreofsampleforliquidproducts,or100L.monocytogenespergramofsampleforotherproducts.
