【摘要】:ThispartofISO14649specifiesthedataelementsdescribingcuttingtooldataforturningmachinetoolsandmachiningcentres.TheyworktogetherwithISO14649-12,theprocessdataforturningmachinetoolsandmachiningcentres.Thesedataelementscanbeusedascriteriatoselectoneofseveraloperations;theydonotdescribeacompleteinformationofaparticulartool.Thus,leavingoutoptionalattributesgivesthecontrollermorefreedomtoselectfromalargersetoftools.Note1TheNCisassumedtohaveaccesstocompletedescriptionofspecifictoolsinadatabase.Theturning_machine_tool_schemadefinedinthispartofISO14649servesasabasictoolschemaincludingtheinformationrequiredbytheCNCtoselectatoolfromthemachinetool'stoolturret.Note2InISO6983,thetoolisdefinedbyitsidentifier(e.g.T8).Nofurtherinformationconcerningthetooltypeorgeometryisgiven.Thisinformationispartofthetoolset-upsheet,whichissuppliedwiththeNC-programtothemachine.Thetoolset-upsheetgivestherelationshipbetweenthetoollocation(e.g.theslot8ofthetoolmagazine)andthetypeoftool(e.g."drill4mm").ThispartofISO14649includestheinformationwhichiscontainedinthetoolset-upsheet:·toolidentifier;·tooltype;·toolgeometry;·applicationdependentexpectedtoollife.Theturning_machine_tool_schemadoesnotincludeinformationwhichispartofthetooldatabase.ThetooldatabaseisrelatedtothemachinetoolandthetoolitselfbutindependentoftheNCprogram.ThefollowingdatatypesareoutofscopeofthispartofISO14649:·normativetoollife;·toollocationinthetoolchanger;·adaptiveitemsalsoknowastoolholdersortoolclampingdevices;·toolsforothertechnologiessuchasmilling,grinding,EDM.Note3ItisimportanttounderstandthatalllengthmeasuretypesusedinthispartofISO14649arenottolerancedlengthmeasuretypesbecausetheyareusedtodescribethetoolsrequiredforthemanufacturingofaworkpiece,nottheactualdimensionsofthetoolsavailableatthemachine.Arealtoolmustbeselectedbythetoolmanagementbasedontheactualtooldimensionsandthetolerancesoffeatures.
