【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifieshowaweldingprocedurespecification(WPS)forproductionweldingofsteelcastingsisapproved,Itdefinestheconditionsfortheexecutionofweldingprocedureapprovaltestsandthelimitsofvalidityofanapprovedweldingprocedureforallpracticalweldingoperationswithintherangeofessentialvariables.TestsshallbecarriedoutinaccordancewiththisInternationalStandardunlessadditionaltestsarespecifiedbythepurchaserorbyagreementbetweenthecontractingparties.ThisInternationalStandardappliestothearcweldingofsteelcastings.TheprinciplesofthisInternationalStandardmaybeappliedtootherfusionweldingprocessessubjecttoagreementbetweenthecontractingparties.Inthecaseofspecificservice,materialormanufacturingconditions,morecomprehensivetestsmaybespecifiedbythepurchaser,thanarespecifiedbythisInternationalStandard,inordertogainmoreinformation,e.g.longitudinalweldtensiletests,bendtests,chemicalanalyses,ferritedeterminationinausteniticstainlesssteels,elongation,Charpy“V”impacttests,radiography,etc.
