【摘要】:1.1ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestherequirementsforstationaryelectrostaticapplicationequipmentforignitableliquidcoatingmaterialsandforhardtoigniteliquidcoatingmaterialstobeusedinexplosiveatmospheresgeneratedbytheirownspraycloud.AdistinctionismadebetweensprayingsystemscorrespondingtoEN50050andsprayingsystemsdesignedforhigherdischargeenergiesand/orcurrents.ThisEuropeanStandardalsospecifiesthedesign-relatedrequirementsforasafeoperationofthestationaryequipmentincludingitselectricalinstallation.1.2ThisEuropeanStandardconsidersfourtypesofelectrostaticsprayingsystems;see5.1formoredetails.1.3ThisEuropeanStandarddealswithallhazardssignificantfortheelectrostaticsprayingofcoatingmaterials,whichcouldalsocontainsmallquantitiesofaddedmetalparticles,iftheworkiscarriedoutunderconditionsrecommendedbythemanufacturer.Inparticular,thisincludesignitionhazardsresultingfromthegeneratedexplosiveatmosphere,andtheprotectionofpersonsfromelectricshocks.1.4ThisstationaryequipmentisclassifiedasequipmentofgroupII,category2Gorcategory3Gforuseinpotentiallyexplosiveareasofzone1or2,respectively.NOTEForothersafetyaspectslike–zoneclassificationoftheareasinandaroundspraybooths,seeEN12215:2004,5.7.2.3;–zoneclassificationofotherareaswithexplosiveatmosphere,seeEN60079-10-1;–selection,installationandapplicationofotherelectricalandnonelectricalequipmentinareaswithexplosionhazard,seeEN60079-14andEN12215:2004,5.7.2.5;–healthprotection(forinstance,noise),seealsoEN12215:2004,5.5andEN14462;–cleaningofsprayingareas,seeinstructionmanualofthesprayingequipment;–firepreventionandprotection(forinstancefirehazardsduetoothersources)seealsoEN12215:2004,5.7.1.Design-relatedmeasuresforreducingthegenerationofnoiseofthestationaryequipmentforelectrostaticcoatingaregiveninENISO11688-1.SeealsoEN14462.

【摘要】:Aknowledgeoftheinorganicconstituentcompositioninawasteisoftenrequiredfortheselectionofappropriatewastedisposalpractices.Solidwastemayexistinavarietyofformsandcontainarangeoforganicandinorganicconstituents.Thispracticedescribesadryingandashingstepthatmaybeappliedtoremovemoistureandvolatileandnonvolatileorganicconstituentspriortodeterminingnonvolatilemetals.GenerationofadryashconcentratestheinorganicconstituentsofinterestandmakestheLiBO2fusionfeasibleforagreatervarietyofwastesamples.AcidificationoftheLiBO2fusionmixresultsinasolutionamenabletoinductivelycoupledplasma(ICP)oratomicabsorptionspectrometry(AAS)analysis.1.1Thispracticecoversthedrying,ashing,andsolubilizationofsolidwasteusingalithiummetaborate(LiBO2)fusionforthesubsequentdeterminationofinorganicconstituentsbyargonplasmaemissionspectroscopyoratomicabsorptionspectroscopy.1.2Thefollowingelementsmaybesolubilizedbythispractice:aluminum
