【摘要】:SAFETYOFMACHINERY–ELECTRO-SENSITIVEPROTECTIVEEQUIPMENT–Part3:ParticularrequirementsforActiveOpto-electronicProtectiveDevicesresponsivetoDiffuseReflection(AOPDDR)Replacement:ThispartofIEC61496specifiesadditionalrequirementsforthedesign,constructionandtestingofnon-contactelectro-sensitiveprotectiveequipment(ESPE)designedspecificallytodetectpersonsaspartofasafetyrelatedsystem,employingactiveopto-electronicprotectivedevicesresponsivetodiffusereflection(AOPDDRs)forthesensingfunction.Specialattentionisdirectedtorequirementswhichensurethatanappropriatesafety-relatedperformanceisachieved.AnESPEmayincludeoptionalsafety-relatedfunctions,therequirementsforwhicharegivenbothinAnnexAofthispartandinAnnexAofIEC61496-1.Thispartdoesnotspecifythedimensionsorconfigurationsofthedetectionzoneanditsdispositioninrelationtohazardouspartsforanyparticularapplication,norwhatconstitutesahazardousstateofanymachine.ItisrestrictedtothefunctioningoftheESPEandhowitinterfaceswiththemachine.AOPDDRsaredevicesthathaveadetectionzonespecifiedintwodimensionswhereinradiationinthenearinfraredrangeisemittedbyatransmitterelement(s).Whentheemittedradiationimpingesonanobject(forexample,apersonorpartofaperson),aportionoftheemittedradiationisreflectedtoareceivingelement(s)bydiffusereflectionwherebythepresenceoftheobjectcanbedetected.ExcludedfromthispartareAOPDDRsemployingradiationofwavelengthoutsidetherange820nmto946nm,andthoseemployingradiationotherthanthatgeneratedbytheAOPDDRitself.Forsensingdevicesthatemployradiationofwavelengthsoutsidethisrange,thispartmaybeusedasaguide.ThispartisrelevantforAOPDDRshavingastateddetectioncapabilityintherangefrom30mmto200mm.AOPDDRsintendedforuseastripdeviceusingwholebodydetectionwithnormalapproachtothedetectionzoneandhavingastateddetectioncapabilitynotexceeding200mmshallmeettherequirementsofClauseA.12.AOPDDRsintendedforadirectionofapproachnormaltothedetectionzoneandhavingastateddetectioncapabilityintherangefrom30mmto70mmshallmeettherequirementsofClauseA.13.Thispartmayberelevanttoapplicationsotherthanthosefortheprotectionofpersons,forexample,fortheprotectionofmachineryorproductsfrommechanicaldamage.Inthoseapplications,differentrequirementsmaybenecessary,forexamplewhenthematerialsthathavetoberecognizedbythesensingfunctionhavedifferentpropertiesfromthoseofpersonsandtheirclothing.Thispartdoesnotdealwithelectromagneticcompatibility(EMC)emissionrequirements.Opto-electronicdevicesthatperformonlyone-dimensionalspot-likedistancemeasurements,forexample,proximityswitches,arenotcoveredbythispart.
